Capital Development Pte Ltd (CDPL), an affiliation of Eng Seng Lee Construction Co Pte Ltd., is established in 2007, as a venture into private development projects.
In 1973, Eng Seng Lee was incorporated as a Building Main Contractor. Subsequently, the company constructed and completed numerous Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects.
Currently, Eng Seng Lee continues to leverage on their core expertise by being involved in Design and Build projects in Singapore.
Over the years, their construction expertise has stretched beyond HDB projects to include non-HDB related projects such as private industrial projects (The Spire, Enterprise Hub, WCEGA), education related residences (Kent Vale), aviation related infrastructure (Eurocopter) and worker’s accommodation in Toh Guan and Jalan Papan)
With the experience gained from earlier participation and involvement in private projects, CDPL was setup in year 2007 to venture and engage in development of dormitories and private residences. With years of building experience, CDPL remains affirm in being consumer centric and strive to develop affordable housing that are value for money. Other developments include Vue 8 Residences.
ZACD Investments
Incorporated in 2005 as a private equity investment firm, ZACD has since invested in and developed 31 residential, industrial and office properties. Led by an experienced management team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise, ZACD has grown to be an established fund management and consultancy firm. ZACD’s main focus continues to be investing in successful development properties in South East Asia.
